Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of sweets, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
However, a refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

Damaged products received

Wrong items delivered

Missing items in the order
Conditions:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos and/or videos of the received package must be shared.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we may offer:

Replacement of the product, or
-
Refund to the original payment method or store credit
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation is not possible, as sweets are freshly made to order.
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incomplete:

Record an unboxing video (recommended)

Take clear photos of the package and items

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Claims reported after this time may not be accepted.
No Return Policy (Perishable Goods)
As our products are food items and perishable in nature, returns are not accepted under any circumstances once delivered, except for valid damage or error claims as mentioned above.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an eligible issue is approved, a replacement order will be shipped at no additional cost.
